PUERTO DE LA CRUZ 40s and 60s
Some old pics from Puerto de la Cruz. First the view of the fishers beach in front of "El Charco" Square... (late 50s). The boats are on-land after coming back full of fresh fish.

And older one with some temporary wooden huts installed by the sea-shore in Martianez beach in the 40s. At the back we can see the Tahoro Hill with the First Hotel. Nowadays the space between both locations is full of hotels, apartments and blocks of flats...the huts no longer exist, the Mercedes Ponton maybe..who knows!

The old bus stop at El Charco Square in the early 60s. Those buses had a wooden body and its original colours were olive green down and white for the roof.
