RUNNING UP THAT HILL....

Last Sunday members from the different VW families from Tenerife gathered to go on pic-nic to one of the highest sites in the island. It was a sight at the parking where we meet to start: T2, T1, Dokas, Kombis, bugs, Kubels...


And after one our we set off to adventure!!

Here you have this wonderful Kombi T1 in our pinewood forest..

But before reaching that high point, we had to go up the hill through a long and winding road (as the Beatles said...)

GERTRUD´S READY FOR THE PARTY...

Yesterday Gertrud had her oil and fuel filter changed in order to be ready for Sunday meeting. We are amazed to see in what good shape she is as with the exception of the just painted cargo floor the rest is in original condition!!!

Meanwhile poor Gloria awaits in a lonely parking to be checked. Damn crisis! Let´s hope new year will bring some more cash to see what happened in there...

NEW MEETING AND MAGAZINE REPORT

Here we are, VW Magazine nº29 is now on newsagents all over the country and there we are on it, the Doka Club and all our friends at Garachico´08 Meeting last September. We were surprised to see our Dokas from "above". Thanks Sandro for everything!!
